Medical injection needles can be manufactured in high-mix, low-volume production runs.
We have manufacturing experience with needle sizes ranging from 27G to 10G. In addition to precision needle forming, we offer hole punching, press forming and bending, as well as laser slit processing.
To improve patient comfort, we continuously work to reduce penetration resistance—one of the key performance indicators for injection needles—and strive to provide needles that minimize pain during use.
We also support the design and development of titanium surgical instruments and specialized medical devices, including surgical retractors, forceps, and other custom instruments.
