Prototype Design and Fabrication

Leveraging the expertise and know-how accumulated through various press processing technologies—including deep drawing, cold forging, and bending—Kyoshin provides prototype design and fabrication services tailored to customer requirements.
We are also actively engaged in the prototyping and development of products for the medical industry.

By converting a component that had traditionally been manufactured through machining to a press-forming process, we achieved a 30% improvement in productivity while maintaining the same level of quality as the original machined product.

As part of our prototyping capabilities, Kyoshin has introduced a fiber laser processing machine for ultra-precision machining, further strengthening our prototype development services.
With a cutting width as small as 40 microns, the system supports:
・Thin-sheet metal prototyping
・Medical component prototypes
・Connector prototypes
・Precision marking and engraving
・Fine-feature processing
The equipment also enables pre-verification of progressive die designs and blank layout optimization for complex deep-drawn components, helping to reduce trial time and improve manufacturing efficiency.
