China Facility

In 2014, Kyoshin established a manufacturing facility in Danyang, China, capable of providing fully integrated production from press forming to heat treatment (Austemper processing).
The facility primarily manufactures automotive leaf springs and offers a complete in-house production system covering material receiving, press processing, heat treatment, barrel finishing, and assembly.
Leveraging the manufacturing expertise and quality management systems developed in Japan, the facility supplies high-quality components not only throughout China but also to customers worldwide through Kyoshin’s global production network.
